I am grieving a painful loss this week and my tears are flowing.
I learned long ago that tears suppressed are just tears delayed, so I let them come. I advise you to do the same whenever the need arises.
I read a book in which a doctor mentioned that all his patients had three things in common. Suppressing their strong negative emotions was one of the three commonalities. Once he had that epiphany, he trained as a Reiki practitioner to help his patients heal on an emotional level, which helped them heal physically.
I have noticed that when people start healing they release a lot of tears. I take it as a good sign.
Don’t let your tears fester inside you. Let them out and let them go. Get energy work if you need help releasing the backlog, then let the new ones flow freely as they come to the surface.
