Those who want peace outnumber those who want war. If you are praying for peace, let us join forces with this collective prayer:
We are submerged in eternal peace. It permeates every particle of our being. We are living in that peace. The Divine Spirit fills us within and without.
This prayer is modified from the book Scientific Healing Affirmations by Paramahansa Yogananda, and published by the Self Realization Fellowship. The original version is an “I am” affirmative prayer, and instead of peace it focuses on light, i.e. I am submerged in eternal light.
You may remember that “I am” prayers ground us in our divinity. “We are” prayers do the same thing, on a group level.
To use this prayer, repeat it daily, over and over, until you feel peace in your own heart. Visualise a blanket of light surrounding the planet. Invite others to join you. We are more powerful (i.e. grounded in our divinity) when we join together.
